Coach
Washington Capital United (WCU) is seeking passionate and licensed USSF licensed soccer coaches to lead youth teams for the upcoming August 2025 to June 2026 season. We are a family-focused club committed to developing players to the elite level both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities: Coach youth soccer teams (ages 6–18) during practices, games, and tournaments; create and execute developmentally appropriate training sessions aligned with the club’s philosophy; communicate effectively with players, families, and club staff; foster a positive and inclusive team culture; attend coach meetings, trainings, and evaluations; and other duties coaching duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid USSF Grassroots (7v7, 9v9, or 11v11) or higher coaching license, previous coaching or playing experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills, and reliable transportation and availability on evenings and weekends.
Compensation: Salary based on coaching experience and license level.

Club Administrator
WC United, a DC-based competitive girls and boys travel soccer club founded in 2007, is accepting applications for a Club Administrator. This role is crucial to the club's operations, requiring a customer-centric, organized, detail-oriented, and personable individual who can professionally represent the Club and thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. Reporting to the Director of Soccer Operations, the Club Administrator is the primary point of contact and is primarily responsible for executing critical operational duties to support club programming in alignment with Club, league, USYS, and MSYSA registration requirements. The Club Administrator interacts with key stakeholders, such as parents/guardians, coaches, volunteers, vendors, providers, and local businesses and organizations, on matters pertaining to registrations, ad campaigns, camp programming, skills programming, fundraisers, and more.
